2019 UXD302 Teaching Module at Open Window

Completed my second teaching module over seven weeks at the Open Window Institute for Arts and Digital Sciences. The curriculum covers all aspects of Design Research, focusing on the practical application of the tools of the trade. Modules include an introduction to real world design, brainstorming and innovation concept development workshops, choosing the right tool from the design toolkit, customer journey mapping, the service experience cycle, hypothesis evaluation, prototyping for research, user testing, contextual enquiries, reporting and more. Students work on a project in teams over the seven week period, applying the concepts they learn in the modules, and then present to the class in the last week of the program.
