UX South Africa Conference 2015

The UX South Africa Conference is the largest event on the South African UX calendar – more than 300 delegates attended in 2015. My talk was titled ‘UX Research – Tales From the Trenches’ in which I spoke about the importance of research, and gave some examples from personal experience.
