Telling Stories: Mapping the Patient Experience at John Muir Health

When John Muir Health asked us to help them construct their patient journeys, it became evident that we would have to leverage the simplicity and universal accessibility of storytelling. With the recent reforms in healthcare shifting to a more consumer-driven marketplace, JMH understood it has become essential to not only evaluate care experiences based on patient’s relationship and engagement with their providers but also to understand the patient journeys to ensure continuity of care.
